WLN is now accepting Pre-Registrations to attend the “WLN Global Sales Initiative Virtual Meeting” taking place on January 19, 2022 from the convenience and comfort of your own desks at home or the office!
Please Pre-Register by advising WLN – Help@WorldLogisticsNetwork.com – of your Company Name, your Delegate Names, Job Titles and Email Addresses as, by doing so, WLN can generate a formal invitation to each delegate along with access instructions.
The intent of this initial virtual meeting is for WLN Members to get introduced, to meet and learn a little about each other. With the global Covid pandemic – and the consequential restrictions on gathering together in an on-site venue – initiatives like this are the best possible means of fostering sales development and growth between members. An additional benefit of this event is that you will have the opportunity to meet with the WLN Team and Event Sponsors: Edward (Ned) Downey, Trevor and Andy Titley.
WHO IS INVITED:
You and up to 2 more members of your company are cordially invited to attend either one or both of the 2-hour sessions BUT delegates must each Pre-Register individually to have access to the venue.
WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND?
There is absolutely no cost, obligation or charge to attend this meeting – the entire event is completely FREE to Members as sponsored by WLN.
WHAT DO I NEED TO ATTEND?
You need to click on the “Click Here to Pre-Register” link that can be found above or below to advise WLN of your Company Name, Delegate Names, Job Titles and Email Addresses. Each delegate will then be sent a unique link to access the Meeting.
For the best meeting experience, using a mobile phone is discouraged and lap-top or PC with Camera and Microphone recommended. Each delegate will need to have access the internet and a browser such as Chrome, Explorer, Firefox, etc. Our technical staff can assist if you normally have to use a VPN to access websites outside of your country.
THE EVENT FORMAT:
Delegates will be given a URL link to the Conference Venue. After login, delegates will be able to meet and chat individually or in groups in a semi-formal “lobby” environment – very much like a Welcome Party at an on-site conference.
The proprietary WLN software makes it very easy to “recognize” and identify other delegates, converse, send messages and/or and invite them for individual face-to-face meetings at any one of the many tables available.
Each table allows delegates to share personal and promotional information in a multitude of ways (PowerPoint, PDF, Images, Videos, etc). If there are any problems, a Help Desk is available for the duration of the Event.
DATES AND TIMES:
WLN has arranged two (2) sessions that have been spaced apart for maximum convenience of those in varying time-zones. Delegates need only to Pre-Register once to access either one of both sessions. The Virtual Meeting site will remain open between and after meetings to allow delegates to schedule additional face-to-face time if needed. Please adjust to your local time-zone:

THE VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE:
WLN has invested heavily in developing proprietary video-telephony and on-line chat software through a cloud-based peer-to-peer platform that is less “crowed” and therefore provides a far superior audio and visual virtual experience to the “Zoom-experience” offered elsewhere.
This promises to be a very worthwhile initiative and the entire WLN Team is sincerely looking forward to seeing and spending some time with you at this event!
