1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the World Logistics Network portal, you represent that you are acting as an authorized corporate representative of a registered trading entity, customs agency, or freight forwarding business. You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Corporate Vetting and Accounts

• Vetting Compliance: Freight Forwarders agree to submit authentic legal credentials. Active bidding privileges are subject to compliance vetting validation by our administrator desk.
• Account Restriction: The administrator reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts due to membership expiration, non-renewal, or submission of fraudulent rates. Restricted accounts are immediately blocked from dashboard access.
• Password Security: Registered clients are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Password resets can be triggered by the user or requested directly from the administrator panel.

3. Marketplace Transactions

• Bidding & Quotations: Vetted forwarders submit binding cargo quotations. Rates must detail all local and ocean freight lines with zero hidden charges.
• Inquiry Limits: Shippers submit shipping requests with custom parameters, including optional "Target Rates (INR)". The system flags quotes matching target parameters.
• Contracting: World Logistics Network acts strictly as a directory matching tool. Final transport bookings, payment terms, and bills of lading are contracted directly between the shipper and logistics provider.

4. Disclaimers and Liability Limits

We do not guarantee ocean transit times, vessel space allocations, or customs clearance times. The marketplace services are provided on an "as-is" basis. In no event shall World Logistics Network be liable for demurrages, detention fees, cargo damages, or cargo losses arising during transit.
